PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide superior withstand voltage and electrostatic capacity and to reduce the deterioration rate of electrostatic capacity, by setting impurity owing to the hydrolysis of electrolytic salt of quarternay ammonium salt shown by a specified formula to be not more than specified quantity. SOLUTION: The withstand voltage of nonaqueous electrolysis solution sets impurity in it, especially, impurity owing to the hydrolysis of the MFn part of electrolysis salt, which is contained in electrolysis salt shown by a formula Q+.MFn (Q+ shows quaternary ammonium ion, MFn BF4, PF6, AsF6 or SbF6) to be not more than 200 ppm. Electrolysis solution using it as electrolysis salt and an electrochemical capacitor using the electrolysis solution have superior withstand voltage and show the low deterioration rate of electrostatic capacity. Thus, it is useful as electrolysis salt for an electric duplex layer capacitor and a pseudo capacitor. |
