摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to relatively thinly finish a strap although the strap is extremely compact. SOLUTION: A sensing means is formed by superposing an ITO film surface 4a, such as polyester, formed by printing an ITO film surface 4a1 on one surface, AG electrodes 4b for ITO film electrode extraction connected to the ITO film surface 4a1, an EL light emission layer 4c superposed on the ITO film surface 4a side, a high dielectric substance 4d, carbon electrodes 4e and resist 4g. The high dielectric substance 4d is formed by printing broadly exclusive of the external terminal junctures of the EL light emission layer 4c, the carbon electrodes 4e and the AG electrodes 4b for ITO film electrode extraction and is surely insulated to prevent the shorting of the respective carbon electrodes 4e. The carbon electrodes 4e are formed by printing more broadly than the EL light emission layer 4c and the AG electrodes 4f for carbon electrode extraction are connected to their free end side. The AG electrodes 4f for carbon electrode extraction are formed by printing narrower than the high dielectric substance 4d so as to be superposed on the carbon electrodes 4e. The resist 4h is formed by printing to cover the entire surface of the ITO film surface 4a1 and is formed by applying surface printing 4h by a design black plate for photomasking directly on the front surface of the ITO film 4a.</p>
