PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an angle of a bulb freely changeable to allow adjustment, and facilitate replacing work for the bulb. SOLUTION: Supporting members 20, 22 for supporting a bulb 18 are supported to be freely turnable in the first and second directions respectively by the first and second turning support mechanisms. The first turning support mechanism comprises structure to journal the first attaching parts 20a, 22a of the supporting members 20, 22 by the first shaft 32. The second turning support mechanism comprises structure to journal the second attaching part 34e of the second supporting member 34 for supporting the first shaft 32 with the second shaft 36 to be supported.
