SOLUTION: This moisture measuring device for ready-mixed concrete, mortar, sand or the like measures the moisture content of an object to be measured such as ready-mixed concrete, mortar, sand or the like which is accommodated in a sample case 40 mounted on a main body of this device, by a means installed in the main body of the device so as to measure the electrostatic capacity of the object to be measured such as ready-mixed concrete, mortar, sand or the like. This device is equipped with a displaying part 60 which displays the operation order, measured result or the like, an operation part 70 which performs an input of numerical value, selection of items, or the like.
