SOLUTION: In this film sensor 10, a first insulating film 11 and a second insulating film 12 in which circuit patterns provided with first conductive layers 11a, 12a are constituted so as to be formed in desired shapes are formed in such a way that the circuit patterns are faced. A spacer 13 which is composed of a third insulating film comprising a plurality of openings 13a is sandwiched between both insulating films, and the circuit patterns are provided with detection parts Ps which are faced in the respective opening parts. In the respective circuit patterns, second conductive layers 11c, 12c are formed in regions corresponding to the plurality of opening parts, the circuit patterns are formed only in peripheral edges of the second conductive layers, and the circuit patterns are omitted in inner sides of the second conductive layers.
