PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film sensor in which the usage amount of a high-cost conductive layer is reduced as far as possible, whose production process is simplified as far as possible, which is low-cost and whose productivity is superior. SOLUTION: In this film sensor 10, a first insulating film 11 and a second insulating film 12 in which circuit patterns provided with first conductive layers 11a, 12a are constituted so as to be formed in desired shapes are formed in such a way that the circuit patterns are faced. A spacer 13 which is composed of a third insulating film comprising a plurality of openings 13a is sandwiched between both insulating films, and the circuit patterns are provided with detection parts Ps which are faced in the respective opening parts.
