PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color judgment apparatus by which whether a red color, a green color and a blue color are within a range recognized as the same color as a predetermined reference color can be judged quickly on the basis of color data which are composed of data on the red color, the green color and the blue color in prescribed bit numbers. SOLUTION: An EEPROM 4 which constitutes an R, G, B color-space-table storage means in which all colors capable of being expressed by color data are stored in such a way that the color data are made to correspond to a result of whether they are within a range recognized as the same color as a reference color is provided, A CPU 1 which realizes a judgment-result output means by which, when the color data are input, the result of whether the color data are within the range recognized as the same color as the reference color is read out from the R, G, B color-space-table storage means so as to be output is provided.
