PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a heater, in which the start and stop of heating is instructed by way of a single nonlocking-type switch, from restarting heating, even when the stop operation is performed by trembling finger tips. SOLUTION: While a prescribed period of time elapses after the stopping of heating operation instructed by turning on a single non-locking switch 1 for instructing the start and stop of operation and the instruction is canceled by turning off the switch 1, even if the switch 1 is abruptly turned on as is manipulated by a trembling finger tips, it is so set that a central control circuit 11 does not decide that the switch is turned on. As a result, it is possible to prevent the unwanted restart of heating operation.
