PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the transplantation onto a femur bone head part by forming a support having a pair of recessed surface parts or supporting surface parts apart from each other in a transverse direction on a tibia platform of a femur constitution part and accepting the bone head part of the femur constitution part with these recessed surface parts or the supporting surfaces. SOLUTION: The support 20 is mounted at the upper part of the platform 16 of a tibia constitution part 14. A pair of the supporting surfaces 50 parted form each other in the transverse direction are formed on this support 20 to respectively support a pair of the bone head part supports 84 of the femur constitution part 12. A projection 60 is disposed between a pair of the support surfaces 50 and a front can 66, rear can 68 and peak part 58 are formed. The bone head part supports 84 of the femur constitution part 12 are supported at this support 20. A front femur can 100 and a rear femur cam 102 are joined to the projecting part 60. As a result, the transplantation given stability on the rear side is made possible.
