PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a jacket of pajama for a person to be cared readily wearable without raising the body. SOLUTION: The right or left half part of the back body of a jacket is cut in such a way that a position separated by a fixed length from the base of the collar of the jacket in the direction of a sleeve 4 is slantingly connected to a position located above by a fixed length from the lower end part of the same half part of the back body. The jacket is opened from the lower end of the cut part to the lower end of the half part of the back body. Further the back body of the jacket is openable and closable by a connecting tool arranged along the cut part.
