PIPE END PART BLANKING PROCESSING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe end part blank processing method which performs a three dimensional blank processing by inserting a die into a pipe end. SOLUTION: This processing method comprises a first process wherein a raw material 10 is supported by a first punch 30 and a receiving member 50 from the opposite side and, a part of wall being apart from the end 12 of the raw material 10 is press cut for bending with the first punch 30 by inserting a die 20 into the material end part 11 and a second process for press cutting a portion from a part ranging over the both ends of portions being cut with the first punch by moving a second punch, while the die 20 is kept inserted in the pipe end part 11, in an orthogonal direction against the first punch 30 and a moving direction.
