PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of smoothly displaying changes in symbol images based on three-dimensional information. SOLUTION: First pose data and second pose data for indicating the first and second configurations of a fish object composed of a plurality of component objects are read from within a program ROM (T31). The number of frames required for the fish object to be deformed from the first configuration to the second configuration is deduced (T32). Intermediate pose data are calculated which are obtained when data about rotating angles involved in each pose data, by which the attitude of each component object is rotated, are interpolated according to the number of frames (T33). The first pose data, intermediate pose data, and second pose data are determined in order whereby the configuration of the fish object is changed from the first configuration to the intermediate configuration and from the intermediate configuration to the second configuration. As a result, the fish object can be displayed smoothly. |
