PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a bill for merchandise order from a customer, to erase a charged amount and to simultaneously dispatch merchandise when a cost is paid for the bill. SOLUTION: In this system, a receiving part 2 to receive communication and electronic data from the customer, a data collecting part 8 to collect information about the customer when the electronic data is received from the customer by the Internet 4, a database managing part 12 to store customer information converted into text data in a data base in a specified form, a bill output part 21 to print the bill together with bar codes to judge order information including the specified customer and the amount among the customer information by a summing up and analyzing part, a means to erase bill information for payment information to be transmitted by using the bar codes and a means to give a dispatch instruction of the merchandise by the number of the merchandise for which the cost is paid are included. |
