摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of vibration and noise due to a friction clutch during a server using state by a method, wherein a pilot mechanism having an actuator forming a drive part eliminates a friction clutch. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic type pilot mechanism takes torque, generated by carrying a current in an electromagnetic coil 13a, as driving force for an actuator, and comprises an electromagnetic coil 13a, an outer rotor 14, and an inner rotor 15 relatively rotatably fitted in the outer rotor 14. When carrying the current in the electromagnetic coil 13a, torque is generated between the two rotors 14 and 15.</p>
