<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emit an appropriate laser beam by facilitating the position adjustment of respective optical devices at the time of assembling plural optical devices forming a scanning optical system. SOLUTION: An SHG module 64 and a collimating lens 58 are assembled at a base formed out of a covar, and the base 164 is attached to one end side of a base 160 in a longitudinal direction through an adjustment spacer 162 at a light source unit. Also, an AOM 60 is attached at the other end side of the base 160. Thus, the position adjustment of each optical device at an assembling time is facilitated, and a laser beam properly modulated is emitted regardless of the existence of impact at the assembling time and the change of a temperature environment after assembling.</p> |
