PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly discharge water in a storage vessel by connecting the other end of a hose mounting a water spray pipe on the edge to the bottom drain port of a rainwater storage vessel, and freely setting an overflow water level by a receiving fitting capable of adjusting the height of water spray hose installation along the outside face of the vessel. SOLUTION: The other end of a water spray hose 11 connecting a water spray pipe 18 on the edge is connected to the bottom drain port 10 of a rainwater storage vessel 6, and raised along the outside face of the water storage vessel 6 through a water spray hose fixing base 15 and receiving fittings 13, 14. Rainwater flowing down in a rain gutter is stored in the rainwater storage vessel 6, and, when the vessel is in a water filling state, the water spray hose 11 is set in a state where the edge of the water spray hose is erected on a receiving fitting 12. In addition, in the case where the water level of the storage vessel 6 is not in the water filling state, the water spray hose 11 is extracted from the fittings 12-14, hooked on the receiving fitting 12 in a horizontal state, and a water filling line 3 is made the state of an overflow water level by varying the height of the water spray hose 11.
