PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclaimed road bed method on a road capable of scattering and mixing ordinary temperature asphalt emulsion and high temperature foamed asphalt thereby obtaining a high mixability. SOLUTION: A nozzle 8 having common supply outlets for water and air in the nozzle is provided, and also means for heating part of equipment or its front portion is provided. Then, upon completion of the scattering work for a bituminous material, the scattering equipment, which is installed on a stabilizer, is filled with a washing solution which is circulated through the scattering equipment, and the washing solution can be recovered by using compressed air for the combined use after washing.
