PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide upper and lower attaching construction of exterior wall panel distributed to upper and lower portions capable of simplifying the configuration and work on the job site and also reducing parts cost. SOLUTION: This is an upper and lower portion attaching construction K for an exterior wall panel 1 for which an upper portion 11 of a lower exterior wall panel 1A and a lower portion 12 of an upper exterior wall panel 1B arranged up and down are attached to a building frame by using fastener 2. The fastener 2 has upper portion attaching means for attaching the upper portion 11 of a lower exterior wall panel 1A and a lower portion attaching means for attaching the lower portion 12 of the upper exterior wall panel 1B to the building frame, and the upper portion 11 is attached to the building frame with the upper attaching means, and the lower portion 12 is attached to the building frame with the lower portion attaching means.
