PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antistatic agent which exerts a sufficient antistatic effect immediately after molding a polyolefin resin, is easily handled and generates no mold stain after repetitive molding. SOLUTION: This particulate antistatic agent composition for polyolefin resin contains a mixture of a granulated product of a powder wherein a diethanolamide (A) of a 10-14C fatty acid is absorbed in a pataloid calcium silicate powder (B) and a granulated product of a powder wherein a monoglyceride (C) of a 10-14C fatty acid is absorbed in (B), wherein the weight ratio of (A) to (C) is from 60/40 to 40/60, and the amount of (B) is from 10 to 30 pts.wt. against 100 pts.wt. total amount of (A) and (C) In a preparation process of the composition, (A) and (C) are each absorbed in (B), granulated and then mixed to yield a weight ratio of (A) to (C) of from 60/40 to 40/60 and a proportion of (B) of from 10 to 30 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. total amount of (A) and (C).
