PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the width of an elevating/lowering base by the length of a supporting part of a C hook by projecting an elongated part into a clearance between coils when an elongating and contracting means is elongated and making substantially match a rear end part of the C hook with the width end of the elevating/lowering base when the elongating and contracting part elongates and contracts. SOLUTION: Two elongating and contracting devices 11 are fixed in the longitudinal direction of an elevating/lowering base 7 and the interval is one that clearance of upper, lower, left and right coils 3 one another stored in a shelf is taken into consideration. A linking material 12 linking two shuttle devices 11 to used as the elongating and contracting devices 11 links origin parts each other of an upper stage plate and a C hook 4 is fixed and supported at the center of this linking material 12. The coils 3 are held on the C hook 4, a pinion is driven, a middle stage plate and the upper stage plate are elongated and a bracket 2 is passed through center space of the coils 3. The elevating/lowering base 7 is slightly lowered and the coils 3 are kept by the bracket 2 and are stored. As a result, a rear end side of the C hook 4 can be shortened so as to substantially match with a width W1 of the elevating/lowering base 7.
