PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilting beam wheel support device allowing the climbing over of a stepped part by providing such a structure that a wheel floating spring and a link are operated to float a front wheel only by tilting a tilting beam center along an inclination of lift a frame handle obliquely upward, and the front wheel is rotated in contact with the stepped surface by further drawing the frame handle. SOLUTION: A floating-side tilting beam 1 and wheel 2a and a frame rotation part 5b are supported by an axle 4a, the center of the tilting beam 1 and the lower side of a platform support part 5a are supported by a beam shaft 3, and a floating link 6 is arranged on the upper part of the platform support part 5a to link the traction part 5b by link shafts 7a, 7b, so that the platform support part 5a and the traction part 5b are tiltable at the same angle to the tilting beam. A brake arm 5e integrated to the platform support part 5a is arranged on the upper part of a wheel 2b to press the wheel in braking. Accordingly, this tilting beam wheel support device is adapted, whereby the impact force in traveling on a stepped part can be moderated to reduce a foreign sound, and the weight of the device can be reduced for miniaturization.
