PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laterally extended arm of a road grass cutter quickly retractable to the road side when the grass cutter is brought into collision with an obstruct and lightly movable because a complete set of equipment is loaded on the cutter and the cutter has a cantilever structure. SOLUTION: This arm has a three-stage telescopically extensible structure containing 24 bearings 6-9 to support all laterally extensible arm tools extensibly attached to a vehicle.
