PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow radio terminals and a node unit holding the radio terminals to make connection service with excellent transmission quality at all times. SOLUTION: The node unit is provided with a radio interface means 11 that interfaces a physical layer of a radio transmission line 10, a link forming means 12 that accesses the radio transmission line 10 via the radio interface means 11 to form a specific link, and a transmission reception means 13 that transmits/receives desired transmission information via a specific link formed by the link forming means 12. Then the radio transmission line 10 is configured as a physical channel to which a CSMA system where specifies transmission quality is ensured for the number of links formed in parallel and a total sum of information quantities of the transmission information to be sent/received via the links and the link forming means 12 is configured by forming a specific link on the radio transmission line 10 at start.
