PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a synthetic resin plate to be used even when a warm water heating system and a water soluble film are used by narrowing a width of a film as compared with that of an endless belt, and polymerization molding a liquid raw material at both ends of the film and both ends of the belt by a polymerizing unit having respective one gaskets. SOLUTION: Films F are laminated on one or both molding surfaces of opposed endless belts 1, 1' with its pattern surface disposed at a resin plate molding surface side. Widths of the films F are narrowed as compared with those of the belts 1, 1'. Gaskets 7, 7' for sealing a liquid raw material are provided at both sides of the film F, the film F is fixed, and another gaskets 13, 13' are provided at the outside belts 1, 1' surfaces. The supplied material fills a molding space 15 to the belt 1 while being moved together with the belt 1'. The film is sealed with the outside gaskets 13, 13', and heating warm water is not filled in the space 15.
