PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fitting structure for an instrument panel for preventing the fall of a modular instrument panel, and improving stability and workability for fitting work in mounting the panel on a vehicle. SOLUTION: In mounting a modular instrument panel 1 on a vehicle, a notched part 8 provided on the placing surface 4a of a side bracket 3 is engaged with a positioning pin 7 to be temporarily held, thereby fitting the panel 1 to the vehicle body 5, by placing the side bracket 3 of a steering supporting member 2 onto the pin 7 protruded from a vehicle body 5, to move the bracket 3 to the vehicle forward on the pin 7. A hooking part 9, for hindering the fall of the panel 1 by hooking the panel 1 to the pin 7, is provided on the surface 4a positioned in the vehicle front than the notched part 8 of the bracket 3.
