<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light load headlight for a bicycle capable of reducing labor at riding the bicycle in the night. SOLUTION: A diameter of a pressure welding roller 3 for transmitting rotation of a tire 1 of a bicycle to a generator 2 is made larger to be enable to rotate with weak force, and a pressure welded part is brought into more face contact for reducing force of a spring for pressure welding 4 to reduce frictional resistance caused by the generator 2. Though generated power is thereby decreased, electric power generated for compensating the decrease is converted to high frequency by an inverter 5 to light a discharge tube 6 of good light converting efficiency, and the light is condensed in front by a reflector 7 and a lens 8.</p> |
