PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize comfortableness in occupancy rooms in a house including ventilation by restricting a heat loss to a minimum in winter. SOLUTION: Insulation material 19 arranged on the foundation of a house is distributed to all the periphery of the inner wall surface of the outer peripheral frame 16 of a concrete foundation and to the surface of a foundation wall projecting out toward the inner side of an underfloor space 25, and the lower end portion of each insulation material 19 is extended at least to the top surface position of concrete foundation. The insulation material 56 applied to a roof 11 is distributed at least to the whole surface of the exposed portion on the rear surface of sheathing boards 12, a surface exposed portion of a rectangular lumber directly supporting upward the sheathing board 12 while in contact with the board 12 and a surface exposed portion of a supporting member 60 supporting upward the rectangular lumber 60 and, on the other hand, the insulation material 66 distributed to the supporting member 60 is extended to a position 80 to 100 cm downward in a longitudinal direction while continuing it to the insulation material 19 distributed to the rectangular lumber directly supporting the sheathing board 12. |
