PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transparent shrink film having low-temperature shrinkability, a high shrinkage percentage, low natural shrinkage, comprising a nonchlorine-based resin and usable for a label for glass containers, PET bottles, etc., or an overlapping packaging for trays, etc., by processing an amorphous copolymer of ethylene and an alkenylaromatic hydrocarbon. SOLUTION: This shrink film comprises a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing ethylene with an alkenylaromatic hydrocarbon (e.g. styrene) in the presence of an addition polymerization catalyst. The copolymer has preferably a structure in which carbon atoms substituted with an aromatic hydrocarbon group are mutually separated with one methylene group, a structure in which the carbon atoms are mutually separated with two methylene groups and a structure in which the carbon atoms are mutually separated with three or more methylene groups, 0.01-0.25 ratio of the area of the peak appearing at 36.0-38.0 ppm to the area of the peak appearing at 34.0-36.0 ppm in a 13C-NMR spectrum and 25-100 deg.C glass transition temperature (Tg). |
