PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load being applied to the mounting part of electronic parts to a substrate by arranging radiation plates in close contact with cooling parts, arranging a blower so that it opposes a corrugated fin out of radiation plates, and covering the blower with a blower case. SOLUTION: Electronic parts 30 for dissipation are mounted to a substrate 20, and radiation plates 1 are arranged in close contact with the electronic parts 30. A corrugated fin 2 made of an aluminum alloy is brazed to the radiation plates 1, and a surface that opposes the corrugated fin 2 out of the radiation plates 1 is clad with a brazing material in advance before being carried into a furnace while the corrugated fin 2 is arranged on the radiation plates 1 for brazing in one piece. Then, a blower 3 for feeding cold wind is arranged oppositely in the corrugated fin 2, and the blower 3 covers a blower case 4 with a guide function of cooling wind.
