PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of an electromagnetic wave conduction member and to easily mount the member as parts for suppressing the radiation of electromagnetic waves, by arranging the electromagnetic wave conduction member using a mixture of a conductive material, a magnetic material, and an elastic material between the ground pad and the frame ground of a circuit board. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave conduction member 5 is arranged at the appropriate positions of a circuit board 1 and a metal frame 2 to magnetically effectively connecting the circuit board 1 with a high-frequency circuit for generating and conducting radiating electromagnetic noises and the metal frame 2 for electromagnetically shielding the circuit board 1 and supplying the stable ground. Then, the electromagnetic wave conduction member 5 uses a magnetic material 5a, a conductive material 5b, and an elastic material 5c for integrating the magnetic material 5a and the conductive material 5b as main constituents, and they are appropriately kneaded for mixing for appropriate formation, thus efficiently suppressing noise components being radiated and conducted from the circuit board 1 and also preventing the mounting structure from being restricted.
