PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and surely hold an infant by making the length of a forward constraining belt adjustable when a lower end mounting means is set in the forward position and backward position of a seat. SOLUTION: The lower end mounting tool 11 of a forward constraining belt 6 is provided on a frame located within a seat 1, and the forward constraining belt 6 is extended upward from the lower end mounting tool 11 through the seat 1 and connected to a buckle 7. The lower end mounting tool 11 comprises a base 12 fixed within the seat and a longitudinally movable moving base 13 provided on the base 12. Further, it comprises a belt guide 13 fixed to the front end of the moving base 14 and fixing means 15, 16, 17, 18 for selectively fixing the moving base 14 to the base 12 in an optional position in the longitudinal direction of the seat. The lower end of the forward constraining belt 6 is fixed to the front end of the base 12 through the belt guide 13 of the moving base 14. According to this, the height of the buckle 7 can be optionally changed according to the build of an infant.
