PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit superior damping performance even if it has small thickness by sequentially laminating a polyester resin layer and a polyethylene terephthalate resin layer on one surface of a resin sheet composed of resin composition including rubber or thermoplastic elastomer, thermoplastic resin, and inorganic powder body. SOLUTION: A resin composition includes a rubber or thermoplastic elastomer, thermoplastic resin, and an inorganic powder body. For example, butyl rubber, etc., are used for a rubber, styrene-isobutylene block copolymer, etc., are used for the thermoplastic elastomer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, etc., are used for the thermoplastic resin, and mica, calcium carbonate, etc., are used for inorganic powder body. The resin composition is heated to a melting softening point or higher, and formed into a sheet type by extrusion, etc., so that a resin sheet is provided. A damping sheet is so provided as to laminate a polyester resin layer and a polyethylene terephthalate resin layer on one surface of the provided resin sheet through thermal fusion.
