PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently supply lubricating oil to a cylinder and a piston at low speed operation by fixing a coil spring, so as to be brought into contact with a vertical hole inner wall part of a crankshaft vertically. SOLUTION: Inclinations 12 of coils are formed on a coil spring 11 inserted into a crankshaft vertical hole inner wall part 1c, and thereby lubricating oil 6 accumulated on the lower part of a closed container forms a lubricating oil 6a by a difference in relative speed between a crankshaft 1 and the coil spring 11. The lubricating oil 6a is supplied upward along a spiral passage groove. When the lubricating oil 6a reaches the inner diameter of a crankshaft pin part disposed on an off-centered position of a center shaft, it is splashed away from an upper end part by centrifugal force, and the lubricating oil 6a is supplied to a sliding part such as a cylinder and a piston. It is thus possible to sufficiently supply lubricating oil to the cylinder and the piston at low speed operation by an inverter and the like, by forming the lubricating oil 6a which communicates with the coil spring 11.
