PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a magnetic engine which can utilize magnetic repulsion so as not to pollute air. SOLUTION: This magnet engine has a hollow housing 5, a lower disc 1, a torque disc 2, a shaft 3, an upper disc 4, a cover disc 6, a plurality of adjusting rods 63, a plurality of pinion gears 634, a gear wheel 65, a push plate 8, and a spring member 7. A circular magnet 81 is fixed to the push plate 8. A circular magnet 22 is fixed around the torque disc 2. The annular magnet is faced to the circular magnet 22, and repulsive with each other magnetically. Magnetic repulsion occurs between the circular magnet 22 and the annular magnet, when the push-plate 8 is rotated and the annular magnet approaches the circular magnet 22 of the torque disc 2. The torque disc 2 is turned by this magnetic repulsion.
