PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unlocking device of a movable anti-theft face lattice which is excellent in anti-theft function and simple in escaping operation. SOLUTION: In an unlocking device to unlock a movable anti-theft face lattice by a flexible wire by an indoor handle operation, a storage part 1 is provided in a longitudinal frame of a window, an anti-theft face lattice unlocking means comprising a turning crank 2 and a handle 3 is provided thereon, a swing-plate device having crank-lock plates 7A, 7B having a magnet is provided on the operational locus of the turning crank 2 to form a locking mechanism of the anti-theft face lattice unlocking means. A magnet having the opposite pole is mounted on the longitudinal stile on the shoji (sliding screen) side facing the magnet on the longitudinal frame side. When the shoji is opened, the locking works by the swing-down with the self weight of the crank-lock plates. When the shoji is closed, the crank lock plate is swung up by the repulsive force of the magnet, the handle can be operated, and the anti-theft face lattice can be opened. A place for installation can be ensured together with the window fitting work, the anti-theft function is excellent even when the shoji is opened, and when the shoji is closed, the anti-theft face lattice can be easily opened only by pulling the handle to realize the emergency escape.
