PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a train position with high precision even in the non-insulate state from an adjacent track circuit by using carrier waves of the same fre quency and rectangular waves having different periods in a track circuit and a track circuit adjacent thereto, and generating transmission signals having linear spectra of different specified frequencies. SOLUTION: A transmission signal for train detection is generated by amplifying and modulating it by superposing a rectangular wave of a fixed period on a carrier wave as a data. As the rectangular wave forming the data, those having different periods are used in a track circuit Ti and an adjacent track circuit Ti-1, whereby the spectral distribution of transmission signals S1i, (S1i-1) are set to have linear spectra of different specified frequencies. Even if the signal component for train detection from the adjacent track circuit Ti-1 is received in a large level in the non-insulated state from the adjacent track circuit, the linear spectral intensity of the signal component for train detection from the track circuit Ti can be easily separated from a received signal S4i and measured by a spectral analyzer 16 having sufficient resolution. |
