PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique related to a dynamic image advertisement medium having a form in which various color pictures and graphic characters are displayed. SOLUTION: The elements of the plate are planar reflection mirrors (reflection prisms) having their apex angles to be a right angle or a semi-right angle or curved surface reflection mirrors (semi-reflection prisms). A color film 13 is inserted between the elements. At both sides of the front tip sections of the film 13, color information is provided. When the film 13, in which its drive is made invisible, is moved between two mirrors, the color pictures of the both sides of the front tip sections display a picture on a plane surface or a semi- plane surface through reflection surfaces 12 of the two reflection mirrors, When the pictures of the elements are arranged on a single flat surface, they become a perfect single graphic. When the drive makes regular reciprocating movement in accordance with time, the picture constitutes a specific dynamic image.
