PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw strength exceeding standard tightening torque, in a ceramic member having a female screw. SOLUTION: A hole 2, having a tapered surface 3 at to opening edge is provided in a ceramic member 4 and a helical groove 2a, is formed on an inner wall of the hole 2. A bush 1 being a female screw 5, in which a metal wire having a quadrangle cross section is wound into a coil shape, is thread-inserted. The ceramic member 4 having the female screw 5 is constituted by positioning a top portion of the bush 1 at a depth T of 1-5 pitches of a helical groove 2a from an opening surface of the hole 2.
