PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a spray in which a fuel quantity is increased in an injection later period by arranging a plurality of fuel turning passages on a fuel turning member, disposed on the upstream side of a valve member for opening/ closing a fuel passage in the axial direction, on plural stages, and per stage, and specifying positions for axial cores of a plurality of fuel turning passages. SOLUTION: When an ON-signal is applied to a solenoid coil, a plunger is attracted to a core side, a valve element 6 is moved upward via a rod and is separated from a seat surface of a valve seat of a nozzle member 7 to open an injection hole 8. A fuel turning member 22 provided with a plurality of fuel turning passages 23, 24 is disposed on the upstream side of the valve element 6, in the axial direction, on plural stages, and per stage. A position from the valve center of a diametrical direction passage 23 is arranged so that, namely, an off-set quantity L2 is set smaller than an offset quantity L1 of a diametrical direction passage 24. A hole 22a is disposed on a center part of the fuel turning member 22, a slightly large hole 25a is disposed on a lower part side continuingly to the hole 22, and each of diametrical direction passages 23, 24 is opened.
