PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a decoration from the steam or moisture within a bathroom and make a panel rotatable so that the decoration is selectively enjoyable enjoyed by providing a space for housing a decoration such as picture on both front and rear surfaces of a rotary panel having a mounting tool to be mounted on a bathroom wall surface. SOLUTION: A sucker 1 as a bathroom wall surface mounting tool is provided on the reverse side of a back plate 2, and rotating shafts 4 provided on the side surface central positions of a frame 7 are engagingly locked by nipping plates 3 mounted on the lateral side central positions on the surface of the back plate 2. A partitioning plate 8 is provided in the vertical center of the frame 7 to form two spaces for housing decorations within the panel, and transparent lids 9 are vertically alternately set on the front and rear of the frame 7. A decoration such as picture, painting, poster or the like is housed in the panel, whereby it is protected from the moisture or steam within the bathroom and prevented from getting mold. The decorations housed in the front and rear of the panel can be selectively enjoyed according to the feeling by rotating the panel.
