PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing dew condensation inside an exterior wall of a building by drying the inside of the wall by eliminating the moisture as the cause of dew condensation. SOLUTION: A material having moisture absorptive, antibacterial and mildewproof effects by means of the catalytic action of metallic ions is placed in a bag 2 formed with a sheet processed with an infinite number of micro pores, and this bag 2 is installed to a floor surface below a wall between columns, studs or the like or on the top of a groundsill 5. By doing this, moisture absorptive, antibacterial and mildewproof effects by the catalytic action of the metallic ions inside the bag are emitted from the infinite number of micro pores on the bag surfaces thereby always dehumidifying and drying the inside of wall by removing the causes of corrosion to various constructions, finishes and other building members, which are originated from the dew condensation inside the exterior walls of the building.
