摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert metallic aluminum in incineration ash into harmless inorganic compounds by adding a dealuminizing agent which made the aluminum content and ratio between an aluminum component and an iron oxide component of granular mixture containing an aluminum component-containing raw material and an iron oxide component-containing raw material as main raw materials specified values. SOLUTION: Granules containing an aluminum component-containing raw material and an iron oxide component-containing raw material as main raw materials are mixed, to make a dealuminizing agent in which the aluminum content of the mixture is at least 5% and the ratio of an aluminum component to an iron oxide component is 1:2.0-5.0. Moreover, 3-12 wt.% of titanium oxide and 1-5 wt.% of manganese oxide is added into the mixture. The granule mixture is granulated or pelletized. In the mechanism of dealuminization, aluminum in an additive reacts with iron oxide to generate a thermit exothermic reaction, aluminum in incineration ash is also reacted simultaneously to be converted into a harmless inorganic substance.
