PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent steam generation rate from lowering, prevent the temperature of a wall of a heating chamber from lowering, and save the energy by guiding the steam generated by a steam generator to a steam feed space in the heating chamber 17 through a steam guide channel, and refluxing drain generated by the steam feed space to the steam generator by the drain reflux channel. SOLUTION: A steam feed space 2 is provided in a wall 1 of a heating chamber 3, steam is fed to the steam feed space 2 by a steam generator 4, and a first opening for taking in/out an object to be sterilized as an object to be heated is formed in the front face of the heating chamber 3. A communicating channel 11 which functions as a steam guide channel for guiding the steam generated by the steam generator 4 to the steam feed space 2 and a drain reflux channel refluxing the drain generated by the steam feed space 2 to the steam generator is formed between the heating chamber 3 and the steam generator 4. The steam flowing into the steam feed space 2 heats an internal wall, condensed into drain, and flows down along the inner face of a first member of the external conduit 14 via the inner face of the external wall 5. |
