PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document managing method by which a proper keyword is added to a document to be registered and a problem that many unrelated documents are extracted in the case of retrieval is solved as well. SOLUTION: The keyword of information which is desired to be collected is registered in a user keyword table by each user, a step S1: a keyword list registered in a keyword table is displayed by a system control part, a step S2: the keyword is selected from the keyword list by the user to register the document, a step S3: the keyword is acquired, related to the document to be registered, the document is registered, stored in a folder of the user to register the document by the system control part, a step S4: the user keyword table is further read, records including the keyword added to the registered document are extracted from the user keyword table, user information is acquired from each of the records and a step S5: the document is registered in the folder of the user information as well. |
