PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a silicone composition excellent in vibration proofingness and having a stable vibration proof characteristics less effective in a temperature change by containing each specific amount of silicone oil, silicone resin powder and a boron compound. SOLUTION: This composition contains: 100 pts.wt. of silicone oil, 0.5-200 pts.wt. of silicone resin powder having 0.1-300μm of an average particle size and 0.001-10 pts.wt. of a boron compound such as boric acid, a borate, or the like; and if necessary, 0.1-100 pts.wt. of silica impalpable powder having 300-600 m2/g of a specific surface area. Silicone oil includes dimethylpolysiloxane, or the like which seals a trimethylsiloxy group having a kinematic viscosity of 100-1,000,000 mm2/S at 25 deg.C and which seals a silanol group. The silicone resin powder is an organopolysiloxane having a siloxane unit represented by the formula: R1SiO3/2 (R1 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group) as a main component and having a siloxane unit containing a silanol group represented by the formula; R'(OH)SiO2/2 in a minute amount.
