BELLOWS PIPE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly form the end part of a bellows part in a shape against a repeating load and to provide durability, in a bellows pipe made of a metal having a bellows part, wherein a plurality of outside curved parts and inside curved parts are alternately formed along a pipe axis. SOLUTION: A metallic pipe MT is provided with a bellows part, wherein a cylindrical collar part 10 is formed and outside curved parts 11 and 12 and inside curved parts 21 and 22 are alternately formed adjacent to the collar part. An outside diameter is gradually decreased from the first outside curved part 11 to the collar part 10 and an expansion end part 31 expanded to the outside of a pipe is formed and the expansion end part 31 and the collar part 10 are interconnected, and a connection end part 32 curving toward the inside of a pipe is formed at an end part.
