PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet paying out method capable of paying out a sheet stably without applying a tensile force on the sheet, reducing the production cost, and facilitating the sheet exchange operation. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, a sheet cylindrically wound is paid out of a feeding-out part without applying a tensile force, and the paid-out sheet is processed for forming. The cylindrically-wound sheet 5 is loaded on a rotatable feeding-out stand 1. A driving roll 2 rotationally driving independent of the feeding-out stand 1 is pressed against the cylindrical sheet. A sensor 3 is provided in a part of paying out the sheet 5, and the driving roll 2 is driven to pay out the sheet 5 to always form a slack of the sheet.
