PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain formability of an electromagnetic wave shielding body, and at the same time, to improve the electromagnetic wave shielding effects of the shield. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave shielding material 2 is obtained by applying a heat-sensitive conductive adhesive 6, containing mixed metallic powder 9 to a flexible metallic conductive net 5, which can be deformed in three- dimensional directions. Then a first formed material is obtained by sticking a surface-side decorative sheet 10 carrying a decorative printed section 10b on its internal surface to the front surface of the material 2. In addition, a second formed material is manufactured by deforming the first formed material. Finally, an electromagnetic wave shield 1 is manufactured, by sandwiching the material 2 between the surface-side decorative sheet 10 and a backside injection-molded section 13, by forming the section 13 on the backside of the material 2.
