PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent safety from declining owing to pseudo-lighting easily causing when a sunlight is incident on a lens early in the morning, at the time of sunset or the like resulting in erroneous recognition in a traffic signal light equipment. SOLUTION: In a traffic signal light equipment 1, where transmissivity of a lens 4 is lowered by coloring the lens 4 smoky and compensating the lowering of transmissivity owing to the coloring is compensated by setting a filament 2a of a bulb 2 while offsetting it in a vertical upper direction from a position of a focus (f) of a reflection mirror 3 and increasing an amount of downward light. It becomes possible to color the lens 4 smoky by increasing the amount of downward light by the offset of the filament 2a and, additionally, a lens cut 4a is made so that degree of downward refraction is small and it is made harder for a pseudo-lighting to occur even when the sunlight is incident on a lens surface.
