PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component mounting apparatus, in which a read time can be shortened by narrowing the filed of view on a small-size electronic component. SOLUTION: A photosensitive element array 2, in which a plurality of photosensitive elements are arranged on a line, each of which stores electronic charge by receiving a light, a shift register 3 that receives electronic charges stored in the photosensitive elements to output them to an output port, a shift gate 4 that allows or refuses to transfer the electronic charges stored in the photosensitive elements to the shift register 3, and a transfer command signal output means that outputs a transfer command signal to the shift gate 4 for allowing the transfer of the electronic charges stored in the photosensitive elements to the shift register 3, are provided, wherein the output interval of the transfer command signal is made variable in the transfer command signal output means. |
