<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the heat energy of a generator without wasting it by providing a convection mechanism by fluid between an electrical heating element and a radiation means and rotating a rotary body by the convection of the fluid of the convection mechanism. SOLUTION: In a cooling device 7, heat being generated from an electrical heating element 6 is discharged into air by a heat sink 8 as a radiation means for cooling. Then, a convection mechanism 9 by fluid is provided between the electrical heating element 6 and the heat sink 8, the convection mechanism 9 has a loop-shaped closed fluid channel 10 that is long in the direction of gravity G, and a working fluid 11 is filled inside. The working fluid 11 is subjected to convection by the temperature difference between the electrical heating element 6 and the heat sink 8. More specifically, the working fluid is thermally inflated at the side of the electrical heating element 6 for rising, and at the same time is cooled at the side of the heat sink 8 for lowering by the gravity G for convection, thus rotating an impeller 12 as a rotary body for generating.</p> |
